Join painter Mariah Calvert for ongoing Oil Painting Workshops

for Adults and Teens, ages 15 and up

Did you always want to try out your skills with oil painting or have already dabbled with it and want to learn more ways to improve? Then this is the Workshop for you!

No experience necessary to participate in this workshop.

Instructor will provide optional still life or you can bring your own props or a photo to work from.

Materials are not included and must be provided by the participant. A material list is available by clicking here.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Mariah lives and works in her downtown Fresno live/work space. She is a professional artist and teacher with a degree in studio art. She has been an art instructor at FAM since August 2024 and has proven herself as a great addition to our staff and a very dedicated and creative teacher. Her main art focus is in oil painting. She considers her work as an allure to beauty, her subjects ranging from women and fashion to architecture. Her colors are bold and strong and her painting techniques masterful. She loves to inspire artists to find their own direction.

Per Session Fee: FAM Members: $30 | Non-Museum Members: $35
