*Our Hawaiian-style beach gathering
The event is limited to 140 guests. Reserve your seat(s) NOW!
Paradise awaits you at The San Joaquin Country Club in Fresno, on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
When you arrive, our nani wahines (beautiful ladies) will welcome you with a fresh flower lei, as you become part of our ohana (family) tradition.
Doors open and cocktails served from 4 to 5:00 pm. Enjoy Polynesian vibes as you explore the Country Club’s newly remodeled Clubhouse, Banquet Room, and Poolside Bar & Grill. Find old friends or make new ones while you check out Fresno Art Museum’s Silent Auction and bid on unique objects of art or gifts. Explore the Hideaway Island Trade Store and Tahitian Pearl Bar. NEW: this year, you’ll find our BIG TIKI BAR located at the Poolside Bar & Grill! You’ll make new memories as our event Photographer circulates the venue to capture all of your best photo opportunities.
Dinner from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Gracefully decorated round tables come with two bottles of wine on each table, to seat guests in the Fine Dining Room. San Joaquin Country Club’s new chef is preparing an authentic Hawaiian-style buffet, featuring gourmet teriyaki chicken, Asian rice pilaf, grilled vegetable kabobs, and the favorite Hawaiian macaroni salad. Coffee, iced tea, and dessert are included.
Next, check your bids at the Silent Auction, then come out to the Poolside Bar & Grill to find your seats for the Polynesian Dance Show. Our poolside TIKI BAR offers no-host cocktails (rum, Coke & lime; mai tais; mocktail tropical drinks; beer and wine) throughout the event.
Polynesian Dance Show starts at 7:00 pm. Polynesian Dance Club of Fresno is a world-class culture and dance organization. Over 50 years ago, the Kuma family began this beloved Fresno tradition. Now, just returned from Tahiti, Martha Kuma and her dancers will take you on a journey through the Islands, from graceful Hawaiian hulas, exciting Tahitian drums and dancers, to the Samoan fire knife dancer! You’ll love every minute of it! Their motto “No Te Here O Te Hiro’a” means “for the love of culture.”
7:15 to 7:30 pm will be your last chance to bid. Silent Auction closes at 7:30 pm.
8:30 pm Aloha Oe to all our friends! Until we meet again!
